Don't let the sweet face fool you. He's out to destroy me! For the past month or so he has been waking up around 2:00am and crying til you pick him up. All he needs is a little snuggle and he falls directly back to sleep. Unfortunately for me he continues this cycle every 40 minutes until morning. If you try to calm him without picking him up he throws an enormous fit and refuses to stop screaming. I feel some tough love coming on...

Hey jenn, I ran into jenn s. today. I told her she needed to start a blog. Even though I'm not so good about leaving comments I check your blog often and it is so fun to stay caught up. I am so glad I am past the waking up at night faze. It is hard to keep your sanity when you get no sleep. Your family looked awsome for halloween! What a creative idea. Sometime I need to call you and get really caught up. But I don't even think I have your phone number and mine has changed as well you will have to e-mail me yours some time.
Oh man! That really stinks! I hope the "tough love" goes well...sometimes it's the only way. I had a friend that would put earplugs in while she was sleep training her son. Good luck to you!

Jen, he looks SOOOO different from the other kids!!!! The lack of sleep is the worst part of motherhood...... but one smile wipes all that away... at least for a little while. Sadie has been having issues the last couple of weeks too. Oh well!

Your family is ADORABLE!! Although sleep-deprived. Our solution was to let our eldest control our lives, and let him sleep with us whenever he wanted to.
Ah Ha!!! You forgot!!!!! I almost forgot too. We only have 5 more days to post to the world then...we can drop off the face of blogworld!!!!! Wha ha ha ha ha...
I hope he starts sleeping better for you. It is probably just an awful stage. I feel for you!
