A little privacy is bliss...

After a year of living in a fishbowl I finally installed blinds in the dining room and our office "nook". I can't tell you how fabulous it feels!!!! I was almost used to having our neighbors wave at us as we wander around our house. It was one of the best things that has happened since we moved in. So the above pic is of our new wood blinds that grant me sweet isolation!

Love the new look! You need to tell my how to do that with the family photo and the blog title.

So true. So true. I waved back at our neighbor one day only to realize I was wearing my bra and garment top only. Because I ahd remembered to put on jeans, I thought I was dressed. I'm hoping that because he is old, his eyes told him it was just a white shirt. Oh yes, that's what I'm hoping.

Looks great. I'm sure your neighbors will be disappointed though. You have taken away their entertainment.

Liz...I can only compare it to our days in the Sterling...

We have blinds in our bathroom (thank goodness)...but you need to remember to use them. I think my nice new neighbors (who are also in our ward) got a nice show of their new ward member! It was also night time and I had the bathroom light on...mortifying!
I am still hoping nobody was home!
