Setting - The Feldman Bathroom
Time - 7:45pm
The scene opens with Carson just emerging from a shower into the waiting towel being held by his mother.
Carson - "Mommy, you look like a working girl."
Mommy (shocked, but calm) - "Why do you say that, Bud?"
Carson (stepping onto the bathrug) - "You know Mom, the girls that work at night."
Mommy (carefully helping to dry the boy) - "Really, where did you hear about them?"
Carson (stopping to look at his Mom) - "From you Mommy, you know...you always wear your work clothes at night when we go to bed."
Mommy - "What are my 'work clothes'?"
Carson - "The painting clothes Mom...the ones that are all dirty and painted."
Scene closes with Mom doing everything she can to remain composed as she hurries the boy off to his room to dress. Mom is grateful that the four year old boy does not know anything about the "other" working girls!
