Can a month be gone already? What an amazing change a baby has on your life...we are still adjusting to life with three kids on three totally different schedules. He is still pretty fussy at times, but there are times when he is happy and calm. How can you not want to just kiss those baby cheeks! As the picture shows, we all pretty much just dote on baby Cal.
I have to admit, having three is a challenge. Not so much what it entails, but all the many emotions and demands you have. I think a lot of it is the fact that Dan isn't around much to give me a few minutes to myself to recharge. He tries to make up for it when he can, but it is hard on both of us. We both wish he could be home more. On a brighter note, my mom is coming in a week and we are all excited to have grandma here to help out and cheer us up! I already have a list of things I want to get done and some serious play time planned, too. Yay!

The first couple of months are definately a struggle, but it looks like he is already everyone's favorite, joyous entertainment and cuddle bug! The best is yet to come, it's all downhill from here, mixed with a few hard pumping spots, just to keep you in shape! :D

I wish I could be there to help you out Jen. I promise when he gets on a better sleep schedule and is less fussy, it will be a breeze! You'll have a hard time remembering life with just two.

The pictures are *so* cute and I love the little outfit. I'm so sorry to hear about Dan's schedule. It must be so hard with Dan's busy schedule to be doing it all on your own. Ben is gone from 7:30 to 11pm everyday and it can be so draining at times. Charlotte is 4 months now and it's getting easier. Hang in there!
Oh he is so cute! Such a cute baby can't cry everytime I talk to you! You need to show him a picture of me so he knows I am a nice aunt and maybe he wont be so frightened of me!!

Jen- Cal is sooo handsome!!! He is definately going to grow up to be another ladykiller. Be sure to post some pictures on Geni so all the extended family can watch your family grow up, and hear stories about them also.
